TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vasto Services works on a prepayment basis service, all services request have to be paid in full at the time of collection, all adjustments will be completed upon confirmation from airline
Vasto Services will provide the most accurate quote as possible with the information provided by the customer. This is subject to changes once weight and volume is confirmed at the depot
Vasto Services will charge per kg however depending on the volume of the items where the weight is lesser than the size, then the volumetric weight will be charged
When booking for a collection the customer guarantees that there will be someone present at the given address. Should no person be present or the items not been in the correct packaging to be collected, then a false call charge of £35 minimum will be applied.
Vasto Services is not a packing service, therefore, if your delivered items are not fit to travel we will charge a packaging fee starting from £10 minimum to ensure the items are to standard. Costs will increase depending on the number and size of items
Rates quoted are subject to availability and lead times may change depending on the time of year to exit the UK. Volumetric cargo may incur a price increase and delay in uplift. Please note airlines reserve the right to amend rates without notice.
Once items have been collected by Vasto Services the customer will receive an updated invoice which must be paid immediately. Shipment will not be processed if payment is not received.
All items have to be cleared by the customer at the airport, please note that clearing agents may delay the release of items due to workload. Vasto Services is not responsible for any collection or clearing charges unless this has been agreed with both parties and clearing fee has been charged.

Please note that when items arrive these are not immediately available for collection as the airport has to do their due diligence and remove all cargo from the airplane, this can take a minimum of two working days
